Your team, with the capacity it needs.
Add carefully vetted engineers to the team you already trust. You keep control of the roadmap, tools and day-to-day work — we help you find the people to move faster, matched around your stack and working hours.
Four ways to work together.
Start with what fits today and change the model as your roadmap changes.
Individual engineers
Add one or more vetted specialists to your existing team. You lead the work; they integrate into your stack and rituals.

From a goal to a team.
- 01
Tell us the goal
Share where you want to get to, your stack, the gaps today and the working-hour overlap you need.
- 02
Review matched engineers
Meet relevant experience, technical strengths and availability — not a stack of CVs.
- 03
Interview and select
Assess the skills and the way of working that matter to you. You decide who joins.
- 04
Onboard into your flow
We connect engineers to your tools, rituals and priorities with a named owner and a clear first week.
- 05
Scale as you go
Review the fit and adapt capacity as the roadmap changes, up or down.
Common questions about augmentation.
How quickly can a team start?
It depends on the roles, seniority and working-hour overlap you need. Once we agree the brief we present matched engineers for you to interview, and confirm availability and start dates before you commit. We will give you an honest timeline rather than an optimistic one.
Do we keep control of the work?
Yes. With resource augmentation and dedicated teams you own the roadmap, priorities and acceptance of work. Flicker engineers join your tools, rituals and codebase. For a scoped project we agree ownership, milestones and acceptance criteria in a statement of work.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing reflects the role, experience, location, working-hour overlap and engagement model. You receive a written proposal with rates, scope and any agreed extras. Project delivery is priced against an agreed scope and milestones.
Can we scale the team up or down?
Yes, subject to availability and the notice periods in your agreement. Regular capacity reviews help plan additions, transitions and knowledge transfer without unnecessary disruption.
Who owns the intellectual property?
Ownership, assignment and permitted use of pre-existing materials are set out explicitly in the contract. We align delivery with your ownership requirements; the signed agreement governs each engagement.
